Welcome back to this weekly (as opposed to weakly) attempt to “Occupy the Blog-o-Sphere” each Thursday. I offer this hopefully uplifting message to brighten your day and bring something buoyant into your life. As you move through your day with a renewed outlook, may you pass it along.
“Laughter is the sound of the soul dancing. My soul probably looks like Fred Astaire.”
Jarod Kintz, This Book is Not for Sale
After watching this video, my soul was Ginger Rogers and Tina Turner.
I hope everyone around you hears your soul dancing, too.
Now, let’s all loosen up and have a little fun today. Levity is as contagious as animosity, but levity is a whole lot better for us as individuals and as partners in this adventure called “life.”
Click on this link to find out more about joining Soul Dipper’s cyber-movement to lighten up and brighten up our world so you can decide if you want to be part of it.

I’m going to nominate Frostie to lead us at Aquasize so our instructor can have an occasional rest in between groups! 😀 What a HOOT!

Just let him watch this video. Birds are SO smart. He’ll pick up the rhythm in no time!

I wish I could have gotten someone to video Reggie (my Triton Cockatoo) and me bustin’ our own moves to Tina Turner. We put on quite a show–maybe not as good as this little guy, but Reggie bowed at the end of the song. It was great!
Glad you joined the movement, Phil (no pun intended). 🙂

Loved it! That bird can sure bust a few moves! And I love the premise of this whole series of posts each week. They brighten my day. Thanks Lorna.

My conure loves to dance to music but he has no sense of rythym. Maybe he could take a few lessons from this little guy!

I’ll say! I had a cockatoo once who loved to dance. He was a Triton, not like this one, but oh, how I laughed at this video. It brought back wonderful memories of this times I danced with Reggie. His favorite singer was Tina Turner. 🙂
